The E1/2 of the SETA of the NEIA, Section 15, T -2-N, R -14-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying north of the north right-of-way line
of Arkansas State Highway #10, being more particularly described as
follows:- Beginning at the northeast corner of SEI/4 NE1/4; thence
south along the east line of SEI/4 NEI/4 1312.07 feet to a point on
the north right-of-way line of Arkansas State Mighway #10; thence
along the north right-of-way of Arkansas State ilighway #10 the
following; N 86°24'W, 69.19 feet; S 75°33'W, 31.59 feet; N 86'12'W,
565.51 feet to a point on the west line of EI/2 SEI/4 NEI/4; thence
N 00°05'E, along the said west line of EI/2 SEIA NEI/4, 1284.38
feet to the northwest corner of E1/2 SETA NEI/4; thence S 89°28'E,
along the north line of SEI/4 NEIA, 661.75 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 19.813 acres (863,041 sq.f .) more or less.
This property is not in the 100 Year Flood Plain as per Panels 261 and
253 of 585 for Pulaski County, AR. Comm. Panel 4050179 0261 and
0253 C, dated May 16, 1983 and August 5, 1991. Zone X
