Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying north of the north right-of-way line
of Arkansas State Highway 1110, being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of SEI/4 NEI/4; theiatce
south along the east line of SEIN NE1/4 1312.07 feet to a point on
the north right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway 110; thence
along the north right-of-way of Arkansas State Highway 1110 the
following; N 86924'W, 69:19 feet; S 75°33'W, 31.59 feet; N 86°12'W,
565.51 feet to a point on the. west line of EV2 SEI/4 NEIA; thence
N 00'05'E, along the said west line of Elft SETA NEIA, 1284.38
feet to the northwest corner of EV2 SE1/4 NEI/4; thence S 89°28'E,
along the north line of SEI/4 NEIA, 661.75 feet to the point of

the north right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway #10; thence
along the north right-of-way of Arkansas State Highway #10 the
following: N 86°24'W, 69.19 feet; S 75'33'W, 31.59 feet; N 86°12'W,
565.51 feet to a point on the west line of E1/2 SETA NEIA; thence
N 00'05'E, along the said west line of E1/2 SEI/4 NEI/4, 1284.38
feet to the northwest corner of El/2 SE1/4 NEIA; thence S 89028'E,
along the north line of SETA NEI/4, 661.75 feet to the point of
