After a brief discussion, the Commission forwarded the issue to the full Commission for final action. Staff presented the item and a recommendation of approval, with conditions. David Scherer. of Public Works, spoke briefly regarding the waiver request of right-of-way dedication and street improvements Mr. Scherer stated that along Chester Street and Wright Avenue. Public Works supports the waiver of right -of-waY dedication and street improvements. He stated that the future plans are to downgrade the classification of both streets. Linda Bly addressed Commission proposed location ofthe theapplication. Mrs. Bly brief ly discussed The Chairman called for a vote on the application. Staff received a letter from Bobby Roberts of the Central Arkansas Library System (November 6, 1995) requesting that this item be heard by the Planning Commission before the December 12, 1995 meeting.
