A dedication for Public Street Right-of-way located in the ,SW114,
SE1/4, Section 24, T -1-N, R -14-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Starting at the Northeast corner of
said SWf/4, SE1/4, N89'52'17"W along the North line thereof,
676.56 ft. to the point of beginning of the dedication herein
described: thence Southeasterly along the arc of a 1090.92 ft.
radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of
S20°08'58"E, 699.14 ft. to a point on the East line of the
property owned by Crystal Hill Baptist Church, thence S00' 16'36"E
along said East line, 165.28 ft.; thence Northwesterly along the
arc of a 1200.92 ft. radius curve to the right, having a chord
bearing and distance of N30°37'06" W, 597.23 ft.; thence
