AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED ARKANSAS SYSTEMS LONG -FORM POD AT THE NE CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AT TECHNOLOGY DRIVE (Z -6051-B) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from 0-2 Office to POD.
