Also enclosed with the application are two (2) sets of construction drawings and a structural letter. As indicated on the site plans, AT&T is replacing the six (6) existing antennas with six (6) new quadpole pole antennas, extending the existing pad and adding two new equipment cabinets. The site is at 3500 Polk Street. would appreciate it if you would begin your review of this application and let me know the cost of the permit.
