ATC Site Name: Colonel Glenn AR
ATC Site Number: 98170
American Towers, Inc., a Delaware corporation, ("Property Lessee") does hereby
appoint Verizon Wireless (VAW), LLC ("Verizon") their agent for the purpose of
consummating any application necessary to ensure Verizon's ability to use the
Property as telecommunications facility. The Property Lessee understands that this
application may be denied, modified, or approved with conditions and that such
conditions or modifications must be complied with prior to issuance of building permits;
provided, however, that said modifications and/or conditions are approved of, in
advance, in writing, by Property Lessee. It is understood by both, Property Lessee
and Verizon, that the authorization given herein does not constitute a commitment by
Property Lessee to Verizon or otherwise convey rights to the Property to Verizon, and
that such conveyance shall only be accomplished by the execution of a further
agreement by both parties.
