Re: Request for WCF located at 10920 Colonel Glenn Rd.
Dear Mr. Lawson
The purpose of this letter is to request your approval of WCF facility on the above
referenced property. This property is zoned R-2. Cricket has received constant complaints
about their service in this part of Little Rock. Cricket is nearing the end of the lease
negotiations with SBA to co -locate on a SBA tower located at 10920 Colonel Glenn Rd.
Please reference the attached detailed drawing for any questions that you may have. These
plans and Zoning Drawings have been approved and signed by the property and tower
owner.
Cricket respectfully requests that you approve this application, which will allow Cricket to
provide adequate service to its customers as required by its license from the FCC, and to
better serve this community, and the City of Little Rock.

This letter is to advise you that Central Arkansas Water does not, at this time,
desire to have a security fence installed or landscaping
around the SBA

Glenn Road. As you know, the tank and tower site is already enclosed by a
security fence maintained by Central Arkansas Water. Any additional fence or
landscaping could interfere with our access to the site. Should these items become
necessary in the future, we will advise you of the need.
