Suite 600 Little Rack, AR 72211 Don, This letter is in regards to site LTR023D. We need a minimtun of 150' antenna height at The current location and ground elevation to meet our coverage objectives. This height is needed to overcome the topographical obstruction:, and dense foliage in the areas of interest around this site. if we move off' of the hili that we are on near 1-430 and Colonel Glenn, we would require a much taller tower (200' +). Co -location on the Alltel tower near our site will not work as an option due to lack of height. This is mainly due to the height of their tower being too short for our needs and the location that we could mount without interference and isolation isstaes on their tower being even lower. If we cWMot mount our antennae at 150' or more at the current location, we will encounter poor signal strength along 1--430 as well as coverage holes in same residential and commercial areas nearby.
