3 A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A SUCCESSOR COMMISSIONER TO FILL
4 A VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE RIVERDALE
5 HARBOUR MUNICIPAL PROPERTY OWNERS IMPROVEMENT
6 DISTRICT NO. 1 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Riverdale Harbour Municipal Property Owners
10 Improvement District No. 1 of Little Rock, Arkansas(the "District")has represented that Mike Myers,one
11 of three(3)Commissioners of said Board,has resigned; and,
12 WHEREAS, the two (2) remaining Commissioners recommend that the City appoint Mr. Haitham
13 Alley,a property owner in the District,to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Myer's resignation.
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby appoints Haitham Alley as a Commissioner and member of
17 the Board of Directors of the Riverdale Harbour Municipal Property Owners Improvement District No. 1
18 of Little Rock,Arkansas.
19 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
20 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 3. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
25 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
