3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 PURCHASE THE ANNUAL RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR
5 LICENSED ADOBE PRODUCTS, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIXTY-
6 SIX THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT AND 34/100
7 DOLLARS ($66,468.34), TO SUPPORT CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
8 BUSINESS PROCESSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,the Information Technology Department requests the City Manager purchase the annual
11 renewal subscriptions for Licensed Adobe Products currently utilized Citywide to support City of Little
12 Rock business processes for a total cost of Sixty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty-Eight and 34/100
13 Dollars($66,468.34);and,
14 WHEREAS, the cost is an annual expenditure based on the number of users and Adobe Licenses
15 assigned with a renewal and use term from August 7,2023,through August 6,2024,and,
16 WHEREAS,vendor selection was made through the Arkansas State Contract No. 081419-SHI;and,
17 WHEREAS,to authorize the City Manager to approve additional expenditures of not more than Fifty
18 Thousand Dollars($50,000.00)on an as-needed bases during this conversion and installation process.
19 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
21 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to purchase the annual renewal subscriptions for Licensed
22 Adobe Products currently utilized Citywide to support City of Little Rock business processes for a total
23 cost of Sixty-Six Thousand,Four Hundred Sixty-Eight and 34/100 Dollars($66,468.34).Additional Adobe
24 Licenses,Maintenance and Services needed to support these business processes,may be added over the life
25 of this contract with City Manager approval, which includes the additional sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
26 ($50,000.00)for any additional expenditures, if any.
27 Section 2. Funds for this expenditure will be paid from each Department's designated accounts and
28 will cover the cost of the licenses utilized by their respective staff.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances. resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
