The portion of the Premises being licensed to User is described in Attachment "C", and includes certain rights of access and utilities as provided in the Site Agreement. 6. An original copy of the Site Agreement is located in the offices of SpectraSite and the User, at the addresses set forth above. 7. The purpose of this Memorandum is to give record notice of the Site agreement and of the rights created thereby, all of which are hereby confirmed. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Memorandum and the terms of the Site Agreement, the terms of the Site Agreement shall prevail.
