The building site is immediately inside the subdivision along the south side of Hickory Hills Circle. It is a large boundary lot in this plat with -significant grade rising above the street. 2. The property owners architectural committee have approved the plan. 3, On -Site Drives and Parking: There is sufficient existing to serve the ordinance requirement. 4. There are no issues that have been presented by reviewing persons or agencies. The only issue unresolved is a written request from the owner for separate utility metering of this residence.
