at page 15.7, more parti-cularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 150.0 feet Northeast of the Northwest corner of
Block 21, Town of Mabelvale; thence Northwesterly through the center of
Blocks 12 and 5, a distance of 686.0 Feet to the center of a branch; thence
Easterly along said center of branch to the North and South centerline
of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 13 Wbst, said point being 380.88 feet
South of the Northwest corner of the SWI: SEI: of said Section 3; 'Township
1 South, Range 13 West and also being the Northwest corner of Tract 1. of
Park Manor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 27 at page 15; thence
South 00125' West along the Westerly line of said Tract i of Park Manor
Subdivision a distance of 203.0 feet; thence North 50154' East along
the Southwesterly line of said 'Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision a distance
of 188.0 feet; thence South 30119' East along the Westerly line of said
Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision a distance of 172.0 feet; thence South
89051' East along the South line of said Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision
a distance of 8.23 feet to the Easterly line of Block 13 of said Town of
Mabelvale; thence South 34000' East along said East line of Block 13 a
distance of 136.75 feet to the Northeast corner of Block 20 of said Town
of Mabelvale; thence South 55°45' West along the Northerly line of Blocks
20 and 21 of said Town of Mabelvale a distance of 530.0 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 5.51 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT TO the new right-of-way of Mabelvale Pike and Main Street.
