is requesting a waiver of the
required $125.00 filing fee. If
the Commission approves the
application, it must be contingent
upon the property being downzoned
to R-2.
The applicant has requested that this item be withdrawn. The
request for withdrawal was made prior to the Subdivision
Committee meeting.
