I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of the W1/2 of the
Fractional NE1/4, Section 6, T -1-S, R -12-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Sunset Lane and
the old South right-of-way line of Baseline Road, said point also
being on the West line of the E1/2, W1/2, fractional NE1/4 of said
Section 6; thence S86'24'15"E, 20.0 ft. to a point on the old
East right-of-way line of Sunset Lane and the NE corner of that
property taken in 1982 by the Arkansas State Highway Commission for
right-of-way of Baseline; thence S02'53'06"W along the old East
right-of-way line of Sunset Lane and the West line of that right-
of-way taken by the Arkansas State Highway Commission, 205.85 ft
to a Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department Marker and the
point of beginning of the Tract of land herein described; thence
N16*43'48"E along the East right-of-way line of Sunset Lane,
30.94 ft to an AHTD Marker; thence NO3'17'38"E and continuing
along the said East line, 124.73 ft. to an AHTD Marker; thence
N39* 10' 12" E and continuing along said East line, 42.74 ft. to an
AHTD Marker lying on the South right-of-way tine of Baseline Road;
thence 586'24' 1 S E and continuing olony said South right-of-way
line, 146.92 ft. to an AHTD Marker; thence S03'36'10"W and
continuing along said South eight -of -way line, 5.03 ft to on AHTD
