I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of the W1/2 of the
Fractional NE 1 /4, Section 6, T -1-S, R -12-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to --wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Sunset Lane and
the old South right-of-way line of Baseline Road, said point also
being on the West line of the E1/2, W1/2, fractional NE1/4 of said
Section 6, thence S8624`15'E, 20.0 ft. to a point on the old
East right-of-way line of Sunset Lane and the NE corner of that
property taken in 1982 by the Arkansas State Highway Commission for
right-of-way of Baseline; thence S02'53'06"W alonq the old East
right-of-way line of Sunset Lane and the West line of that right-
of-way token by the Arkansas State Highway Commission, 205.85 ft.
to a Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department Marker and the
point of beginning of the Tract of land herein described; thence
N16'43'48"E along the East right-of-way line of Sunset Lane,
30.9.4 ft. to an AHTD Marker, thence NO3'17'3FS'E and continuing
along the said East fine, 124.73 ft. to an AHTD Marker; thence

AHTD Marker lying on the South right-of-way line of Baseline Road,
