being on the West line of the E1/2, W1/2, fractional NEI/4 of said

East right—of—way line of Sunset Lane and the NE corner of that
property taken in 1982 by the Arkansas State Highway Commission for
right—of—way of Baseline; thence S02'53'06"W along the old East
right—of—way line of Sunset Lane and the West line of that right—
of—way taken by the Arkansas State Highway Commission, 205.85 ft.
to a Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department Marker and the
point of beginning of the Tract of land herein described; thence
