This project consists of 4 zero lot line 1250 sq.R. (+/-) townhomes situated on two 7000
sq.R. lots at the corner of Harrison and Evergreen streets in the Flillcrest area of Little
Rock. The units are designed to reduce the perceived scale of the building by expressing
the individual units with gabled facades and porches similar in character to existing
neighborhood structures. Exterior finishes including shingle roofs, brick and horizontal
siding will also help to reduce the scale of the building while helping to integrate it into
the neighborhood fabric. Vehicular access will be provided by the use of the existing
-dedicated alley. Improvements to the alley will be made per city requirements. Garbage
collection will be provided by regular city collection personel. Screening and
landscaping will be installed per cit) ordinance requirements.
