believe that Regions Bank at this location qualifies to be allowed an additional wall sign based
on the following rationale:
This Regions Bank building at 17615 Chenal Parkway has multiple street frontages and
faces the interior of the shopping center.
1. The South Elevation faces St. Vincent Way/La Grande Drive.
2. The East Elevation faces Chenal Parkway.
3. The North Elevation faces the interior of The Promenade at Chenal.
