The applicant purchased a pre -- regulation, 1972 model mobile home, unaware that it did not comply with ordinance standards. The City's zoning enforcement staff notified the applicant to remove the structure. The applicant now seeks an amendment to that previous approval to allow the pre - regulation mobile home to be used as an accessory dwelling. The applicant has requested that this item be withdrawn. The pre -regulation mobile home will be removed from the property. Based on the previous approval, the applicant will place a manufactured home on the property that will. Comply with all Ordinance Standards. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (APRIL 4, 1995) The applicant was not present. There were no objectors present. Staff informed the Commission that the applicant had requested that this item be withdrawn. The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and approved for withdrawal. The vote was 9 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent and 1 abstaining (Willis).
