N 0739'00" W 188.70 feet to a #5 rebar with cap and
the Point of Beginning; thence S 56'09'39" W 664.53
feet to a 05 rebar with cap; thence N 3752'14" W
272.84 feet to #5 rebar with cap on the South right of
way line of Arkansas State Highway #5; thence
N 53'36'00" E 259.29 feet along said South right of way
line; thence N 54710'00" E 338.50 feet along sold South
right of way line; thence N 49'20'00' E 248.00 feet
along said South right of way line to a #5 rebar with
