My Name is Lyn Stiles and I am the Site Acquisition Project Coordinator for Goodman Networks on behalf of Sprint.
The reason for my email is, Sprint has a cell tower site that the leases are being terminated and we are hired to
decommission the "Clearwire" Sprint equipment on the towers. My question is, will we need any type of
construction or decommissioning permit to do this work? Here is the addresses in question

at 1111--D Rushing Orcle.Lillle Rock AR 72204 to Verizon Wireless to be used for constructing and
operating a wireless telecommunications facility. It is my understanding that in order to utilize
the land for the intended purpose, Verizon Wireless will need to apply for permit approvals with
the City of Little Rock.
