Part of the SW 1 /4 -of the NW 1 /4 and part of the NW 1 /4 of the

Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at a point which is intersection of the East Bight-of-
u)ay of Geyer Springs (toad and the old South right -of -Wag of
Young Road and is 18.7 feet South and 36.0 feet East of the
Northwest corner of the SWIM NMI /4, Section 31, T-1-N9 R-12-

Springy Road, 27.58 feet; thence along a 550.65 foot radius curtte
to the right having a chord hearing and distance of S 83030' E,
76.50 feet; thence S 79°28' E, 100.7 feet; thence S 01 °24' 12" W,
9.10 feet to a found concrete monument; thence continue S
0102412" W,131.02 feet to a found concrete filled 2 inch pipe on
the North right-of-wat9 of Interstate 30: thence N R70k7'111,
114.4 feet along said North right-of-way ; thence N 41 °51111,
05.75 feet_ to -the intersection of the East right-of-way of Geyer
Springs Road; thence N 00004'53"W along the East right-of-way,
70.24 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.562 acres more
or less.
