the property lines of land indicated hereon. There are no encroachments or overlaps onto adjoining
property of property covered by this survey or buildings or structures located on said land or
encroachment of adjoining said land, except as shown on the drawing. This survey was done to
the standards set forth by the Stale of Arkansas Land Survey Office and does not represent a full
title search nor an address verification. The survey and the liability of this survey are for and limited
