Dear Jerry:
The following is a list of conditions, qualifications or
requirements which is necessary for the issuance of a building
permit.
1� The applicant has qualified the existing building has been
pre -approved at another school site. Provide the previous
location and the date of its approval.
2. A handicap ramp which complies with ANSI A117.1-1986 will be
required for accessibility. Any stair construction, handrails
and landings shall meet the requirements of chapter 11 of the
Arkansas Fire Prevention Code. vol. 2, 1992 edition.
Questions regarding design details can be submitted for pre -
approval, otherwise construction may be field checked.
3. Any questions regarding the general condition of the building
may be addressed to the commercial building inspector before
the building is moved and set up. Contact Ed Osborne at 371-
4827.
4. Provide a copy of the pre -approved foundation plan to this
office and provide a copy for the jobsite. Note tie downs are
required as per Appendix H of the Arkansas Fire Prevention
Code.
