The above proposed telecommunications facility will operate at 16 watts per antenna, per
channel with a maximum of approximately 500 watts ERP. These values are within the
permissible transmitted power for PCS channels as determined by the FCC.
Cricket's radio equipment manufacturer has stated the equipment meets FCC requirements
and is certified to operate in the PCS bands.
Cricket will be operating the equipment at the above facility within the FCC's licensed limits
and per the manufacturer's guidelines.
I certify the above statements to be true to the best of my knowledge.
