Three (3) hardcopies will be hand delivered to your office, today. b) In response to your comments regarding the orientation of the unit facing the south, we have reviewed all potential configurations and find that what is shown works best. There are limitations for the footprint relative to dimensions between the two units that restrict the ability to have a street faced entry. Additionally, we believe that the entry facing south will allow the tenants a much more pleasant open space / privacy than if accessed from the parking lot and street. C) The corrected square footage for each three bedroom apartment unit is 1,170 sf. Hope this addresses the outstanding questions and comments.
