The following items are conditions of this permit:
1. Underpinning is required.
2. A minimum 3 ft by 3ft landing is required at each exit door.
3. Handrails are required as per Section 1108.5, on both sides of
the stairs, and around the landings.
4. Tie downs are required as indicated on the plan.
5. A electrical permit is required for the electrical work.
6. Call Ed Osborn at 371-4827.for your final inspection.
