General Notes
1. All paved areas to be asphalt w/ concrete curb & gutter.
2. Lot 1 - 9000 SF (0-3 Uses w/ 10% Accessory Uses)

9. Dumpsters to be visually screeed to best blend into overall site
appearance and be as visually appealing as possible. Pickup times to
be restricted to the hours of lam to 7 pm.
