County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a cotton
picker spindle in the centerline of Chicot Road, accepted as the SE corner of said SE%<

Chicot Road, 757.25 feet to a point, thence N 88°05'08" W, 40.00 feet to a rebar in the
West right of way line of Chicot Road and the point of beginning, thence N 88°05'08"
W, leaving said road 754.76 feet to a two inch diameter pipe, thence N 88°32'21" W,
39.70 feet to a two inch diameter pipe, thence N 04°39'30" E, 268.52 feet to one inch
diameter pipe and the SW corner of Lot 11, Block 2, Oxford Valley Addition, as filed in
Plat Book A, Page 145, thence S 89'22'18" E along the South line of said Oxford Valley
Addition, 598.01 feet to a rebar, thence S 02°09'22" W, 95.475 feet to a rebar, thence S
89022'18" E, 34.94 feet to a rebar, thence S 02°09'22" W, 105.40 feet to a rebar, thence
S 89-22'18" E, 150.06 feet to a rebar in the West right of way line of Chicot Road,
thence S 02°09'22" Walong said road right of way line, 84.60 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 4.2396 acres of land, more or less.
