I hereby certify that I have surveyed Part of Plot 'A' Woodland
Heights Subdivision of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4 and NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 21, T -2-N, R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and part of the NE 1/4, Section 21, T -2-N, R -13-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, all more particularly described as: Beginning at the
intersection of the East-West center line of said Section 21 and
the Northerly right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10;
thence N5300011811W along said Northerly right-of-way Line, 102.80
ft. to the Southeast corner of a Little Rock Fire Department Fire
Station; thence N3900110411E along the Easterly line of said Fire
Station property, 197.92 ft. to a point on the Southerly right-of-
way line of Southridge Drive; thence Southeasterly along said
Southerly right-of-way line being the arc of a 878.21 ft. radius
curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of
S72°20121"E, 166.39 ft.; thence S6604611011E and continuing along
said Southerly right-of-way line, 227.67 ft. to the Northwest
corner of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works property; thence

line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence Northwesterly along

radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of
N52°01108 -'W, 199.14 ft.; thence N53000118t1W and continuing along
said Northerly right-of-way line, 54.84 ft. to the point of
beginning, containing 2.1887 Acres more or less. Property lines
are located in accordance with established property lines.
