Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NW V4, Section 7, T -I -S, R -12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
thence run N 01'04'05" E, along Geyer Springs Road, 240.5 feet to the Centerline of the easement as
herein described; thence run S 89°03'35" E, 223.35 feet; thence run S 89* 11'1T' E, 51.65 feet to the
termination of said easement.
This is a factual survey based on found pins located on the property. This is the same property as surveyed by John
Dillinger on September 30, 1993 8c Plat D-897, even though the dimensions don't che:k in the field as he has platted.
This property is not in the 100 year flood plain as per panel 22 of 24 for Little Rock, AR. Community -Panel #050181
0022 E, dated November 3, 1993 in Zone'X'.
