thence run N 01 004'05" E, along Geyer Springs Road, 240.5 feet to the Centerline of the easement as

termination of said easement.
This is a factual survey based on found pins located on the property. This is the same property as surveyed by John
Dillinger on September 30, 1993 & Plat D-897, even though the dimensions don't check in the field as he has platted.
