GENERAL NOTES
1. All site lighting will be low—level and directed away from
adjacent property.
2. Building Height not to exceed the 0-3 requirement of 45'.
3. Development will utilize City Garbage pick—up at street.
4. Construction of the common driveway shall occur with each Phase.
5. The project will be developed in three phases with construction
of one building per phase.
PUBLIC WORKS NOTES
1. Plans of work within the right—of—way will be submitted.
