A part of the fractlonal Northwest Quarter of Section 19,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
located In PuIaskl County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beglnning at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Sec tlon 19, Townshlp 2 North, Range 13
West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian:
THENCE South 88 degrees 56 minutes 51 seconds East for a
distance of 164.67 feet to a found lit" Iron pipe;
THENCE South 00 degrees 26 minutes 19 seconds West for a
distance of 468.05 feet to a cotton spindle on the Northerly right
of way of Arkansas State Highway 410;
THENCE North 62 degrees 41 minutes 22 seconds West for a
distance of 202.69 feet along sold right of way to a found lit"
A. H.T.D. Aluminum monument;
THENCE North 71 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds West for a
distance of 7.13 feet to a set lit" rebar;
