An earlier re -zoning request, heard at the July 27, 1993 Planning Commission hearing, was amended at that hearing from a request for a C-3 re -zoning to a request for a PCD. The amended application was then deferred to the August 10, 1993 hearing, making this request moot. The Planning Commission, at the August 10, 1993 hearing, recommended the approval of the request to establish the PCD to the Board of Directors. The applicant, subsequently, requested this item be withdrawn from the August 24, 1993 agenda. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (AUGUST 24, 1993) This item was included in the Consent Agenda for withdrawal, and the withdrawal was approved in the approval of the Consent Agenda with the vote of 11 ayes and no nays.
