LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of Tract No. 2, Sterling Subdivision in the S1/2 SE1/4, Section 25, T -1-N, R -13-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: From a concrete
monument marking the Northwest corner of said Tract No. 2 (said corner being on the
Southeasterly right-of-way line of the Missouri -Pacific Railroad Main Line) run
S89'26'28"E and along the North line of said Tract No. 2 for 357.00 ft. to the point of
beginning; thence S09'57'58"E for 6.36 ft. to a chain link fence; thence
560'21'46"E and along a chain link fence for 99.55 ft. to the P.C. of a curve concave
to the Southwest, said curve not being a simple curve, but with a varying length radius;
thence along said chain link fence and arc of said curve with the following chord bearings

Forbing Road; thence S89'51'08"E and along the North right-of-way line for 172.9 ft.;
