monument marking the Northwest corner of said Tract No. 2 (said corner being on the
Southeasterly right-of-way line of the Missouri -Pacific Railroad Main Line) run
S89'26'28"E and along the North line of said Tract No. 2 for 357.00 ft. to the point of
beginning; thence S09'57'58"E for 6.36 ft. to a chain link fence; thence
S6921'46"E and along a chain link fence for 99.55 ft. to the P.C. of a curve concave
to the Southwest, said curve not being a simple curve, but with a varying length radius;
thence along said chain link fence and arc of said curve with the following chord bearings
and distances, 549'17'14"E for 41.24 ft.; S33'48'22"E for 49.28 feet;
S17'45'14'E for 49.22 ft.; S03'23'05"E for 49.46 ft.; S09'35'05"W for
47.75 ft. to the P.T. of said curve; thence S18'46'15'W and along said chain link fence
for 298.34 ft.; thence S28'25' 21"W and along said chain link fence for 364.37 ft.;
thence S6949'48"E and along said chain link fence for 14.96 ft.; thence
S2629'53"W and along said chain link fence for 319.24 ft.; thence S6616'41"E
for 39.72 ft.; thence 522'34'41"W for 114.06 ft. to the North right-of-way line of
Forbing Road; thence S89'51'08"E and along the North right-of-way line for 172.9 ft.;
thence S89'14'08"E and along the said North right-of-way line for 199.9 ft.; thence
S88'14'08"E and along the said North right-of-way line for 169.1 ft. to the East line of
said Tract No. 2; thence NOO'35'40"E and along the said East line of Tract No. 2
