BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Baker Elementary School at 15001 Kanis Road as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be deferred for five years for the purposes of complying with conditions pursuant to a conditional use permit issued by the Little Rock Planning Commission allowing for the expansion of Baker Elementary School located at 15001 Kanis Road. The specific improvements to be deferred are curb, gutter, sidewalk and street improvement along the north side of Baker Lane and curb, gutter and street improvement along the west side of Kanis Road.
