and Pacific Railroad; all that part of the SWIM NWi/4 of Section 29, T -2-N, R -12-W,
lying south of the right-of-way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
Rallroad; the NE 1/4 SEi/4 of Section 30, T -2-N, R -12-W; the NW1/4 SWi/4 of Section 29, T -2-N,
R -12-W; part of the NE1/4 SWi/4 of Section 29, T -2-N, R -12-W; and the Sin SWIA of Section
29, T -2-N, R -12-W; more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the NEV4 SWi/4 of Section 29 (said point also being
the southwest corner of Lot 34, Sherrill Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,

beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of Slit SWi/4 of Section 29 lying south of the
south right-of-way of Cantrell Road (Highway 10), being more particularly described
as:
Commencing at the southwest corner of S V2 SWIA Section 29; thence S 89'51144" E
along the south line of said Si/2 SWIA 1138.76' to a point on the south R/W line of
said Cantrell Road (said point being on the arc of a curve to the right, said
curve having a central angle of 91'06' and a radius of 263.81); thence
along the arc of said curve to the right to the point of tangency thereof;
S 64'59142" E along said R/W line 134.70' to a point on the south line of said
Sin SWi/4; thence N 89'51144" W 458.60' to the point of beginning.
The above described property contains a net acreage of 238.02 acres, more or
less. The above described property is the same property described in the Deed
of Trust, document #79-33639 of the records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
