Customer is fully responsible for all underground utilities, property lines, fence lines, bushes, trees and shurbs.
Customer agrees that materials furnished is and shall remain the property of A & K FENCE until all sums of money have been paid in full. Customer further agrees that
in the event of non-payment that material remains temporary and movable property and authorizes A & K FENCE to enter the property to remove said material. A & K FENCE
has full legal rights and will execute such right to lien any and all property in the event of non-payment. Customer agrees to pay 15% penalty on all delinquent accounts. Customer further agrees to pay any and all attorney's fees in collecting delinquent accounts.

BOWS OR CRACKS. WE WARRANTY WORKMAN SHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM PURCHASE. (Does not include acts of GOD, abuse or misuce offence nor accidents to fence.)
