should have been issued for this work.

B. Staff Analysis:
D and D Enterprises has purchased the C-4 zoned property
located at 10915 Stagecoach Road. The property is being
used for the storage of houses which have been removed from
one location and are awaiting relocation to new sites. The
use is permitted on C-4 property. The applicant has been
instructed to install a small paved driveway and parking
area as well as screening on one side of the property. The
applicant is currently involved in the relocation of
numerous houses which have been purchased by the airport and
is requesting a 90 day deferral of the pavement and
screening requirements.
Staff believes the requested 90 day deferral is reasonable.
The applicant has committed to installing the required
Pavement, screening and landscaping at the end of that
period. Allowing the deferral should have no impact on
adjacent properties. Much of the adjacent property is
undeveloped. A large area of undevelopable floodway is
located to the rear of this site. I-2 zoned property is
adjacent to the west and the property to the east is mostly
wooded.
C. Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the requested 90 day deferral
of the required paving and screening requirements subject to
compliance with the following conditions:
