The antennas would be oriented in groups of two at 0,120' and 240'. The maximum effective radiated power in any direction will not exceed 1640 watts ERP for each of the different frequencies bands that will be used at this site. The maximum ERP for the PCS band is 1380 watts, for the AWS band is 1380 watts, and for the 70DMHz service is 900 watts. Due to the mounting locations, the T -Mobile antennas would not be accessible to the general public and no mitigation measures are necessary to comply with the FCC public exposure guidelines.
