SUBJECT: Permit for 316 E. 11th Street, or 1018 Rock Street)
This memo serves as approval from the Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDC) to
obtain a permit for 316 E. 11th Street or 1018 Rock; the proposed work is for the construction
of an addition to the structure's rear elevation. The LRHDC reviewed the application in January
and approved the addition as submitted. Since the structure is located within the MacArthur Park
Historic District, exterior work comes under the LRHDC's jurisdiction. As such, and meeting all
city, building and health regulations, the application for a building permit should be approved.
