Good afternoon,
Thank you for your call concerning the stop work order issued at 803 Rock Street. An expired Cer Ɵficate of Compliance
was submiƩed with the siding permit request and its expiraƟon was missed by our permit review team. I apologize for
the confusion. To keep things smooth moving forward for the work being done, I’ve a Ʃached the roof repair COC issued
this year and a COC, issued today, validaƟng the previously expired approval of the siding repair from 2021. Please keep
a copy of these documents for your records and post the signed COCs on the front door of the project site throughout
the duraƟon of the project. The original COCs, printed on orange paper, will be mailed to the property owner for their
records.
