Good morning Karla,
I’ve received and processed your application for the removal of window air-conditioning units and
installation of mini-splits at 1405 Cumberland. Please see attached copy of the approved and signed
Certificate of Compliance from the Little Rock Historic District Commission for your HVAC project at
1405 S. Cumberland. Please keep this COC copy for your records. The original COC, printed on orange
paper, will be mailed to property owner address listed with the county assessor. Post this signed COC on
the front door of the project site throughout the duration of the project.
Please check with our Permit team at 501-371-4789 to see if a permit is required for your project. If so,
you will need to upload this signed document to your permit application in order for the permit to be
processed.

Hello Hannah,
Thank you for all of your help regarding the application to replace two of the apartment window units
with mini-splits. I am hoping this will be in the budget or unit 1 and 2 next year.
Apartment 3 and 4 are the two upper units in the 4-plex.
