Beginning at a point 150.0 feet Northeast of the Northwest corner of
Block 21, Town of Mabelvale; thence Northwesterly through the center of
Blocks 12 and 5, a distance of 686.0 feet to the center of a branch; thence
Easterly along said center of branch to the North and South centerline
of Section 3, Township l South, Range 13 West, said point beLng 380.88 feet
South of the Northwest corner of the SWk SEk of said Section 3, Township
L South, Range 13 West and also being the Northwest corner of Tract I of
Park Manor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 27 at page 15; thence
South 00025' West along the Westerly line of said Tract 1 of Park Manor

the Southwesterly line of said Tract 1 of Park Manor Subdivision a distance
of 188.0 feet; thence South 3011-9' East along the Westerly line of said

Mabelvale; thence South 34100' East along said East line of Block 13 a
distance of 136.75 feet to the Northeast corner of Block 20 of said Town

20 and 21 of said Town of Mabelvale a distance of 530.0 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 5.51 acres, more or less.
