Beginning at a point 150.0 feet Northeast of the Northwest corner (fBlock 21,

distance of 686.0 feet to the center of a branch; thence Easterly alog said
center of branch to the North and South centerline of Section 3, Towship 1 South,
Range 13 West, said point being 380.88 feet South of the Northwest corner of the
SWi SE'k of said Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 13 West and also ping the
Northwest corner of Tract 1 of Pine Manor Subdivision as recorded inPlat Book 27
at page 15; thence South 00125' West along the Westerly line of saidrract 1 of
