along the East line of said NW#,NE} 85.0' to the Point of Beginning; thence

on the Northerly R/W line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30; thence S64 -11-33W
along the Northerly R/W line of said U.S. Interstate Highway 30 527.13';
thence North 680.63' to a point on the South R/W of Baseline Road (said
point being 30' South of the North line of said NWI,NE#); thenceN89-59-56E
along the South R/W line of Baseline Road 434.18' to a point on the Westerly
R/W line of U.S Interstate Highway 30; thence along the Westerly R/W line
